It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they know which peptide is the most appropriate for their research purposes. For obvious reasons, we could never resell a product which had been returned to us. We can only replace if it is clear that it has suffered damage in transit. Due to the nature of cryptocurrency transactions, refunds are only processed in cases of failed payments or product unavailability. We handle refunds and returns on a case-by-case basis, please contact us at support@biosyncsolutions.com.
Shipping Information
We offer DPD for all orders within the EU. For international orders we use TNT/FedEx and Slovak Post Service if we have the option available for your country.
We ship our orders from Slovakia, an EU-based country. Parcels to Schengen countries are not subject to customs and duty fees.
You can choose "without brand logo" option in shipping option during order process. We ship small packages in bubble envelopes and larger packages in postal boxes.
The estimated time of arrival for orders shipped depending on what Country you are located and the delivery service you have selected. EU orders are usually delivered in 2-7 business days. International delivery times vary greatly between 7-21 business days depending on the destination. Please note that once your order has shipped from our facility, we have no control over any type of delays, so we are unable to guarantee the exact time of arrival. Our customer support team is available via email if you have any questions or concerns regarding your delivery.
We ship to most countries within EU. We also ship to Switzerland and UK. Every country has a different laws, so we cannot ship some products to some countries. You should, however, make yourself familiar with your specific country’s laws and regulations in order to avoid disappointment. Please ensure you have checked with your local laws regarding research peptides we are not responsible if your parcel has been seized or destroyed.
The temperature of the peptides during transit is not of concern. For them to remain active, the most important factor is that they are kept out of direct sunlight. Peptides will arrive in lyophilised powder form. Short-term temperature change during shipping should not affect the product quality and efficacy.
Yes. Kindly reach out to us with photographic evidence so that we can offer a refund or reship your product.
Product & Research
As a research company, we advise everyone who contacts us with interest in peptides to undertake research and learn about what they are and what they do. Our products are intended for scientific research and development purposes only. Peptide shall not be used as a drug, medicine, active substance, medical aid, cosmetic product, a substance for production of a cosmetic product neither for human consumption that is any food or food supplement or otherwise similarly used on humans or animals. Please do not ask about human consumption as this is forbidden. Any emails or phone calls asking about this will be ignored.
Peptides should be stored in a cool place away from direct heat and sunlight. For long-term storage we recommend to store lyophilised peptides in freezer at temperature –20 °C. Most peptides can be stable at this temperature for years without significant degradation. The shelf-life of reconstituted peptides is limited. We recommend to store the reconstituted peptides at temperature 2-8 °C. Most peptides in solution can be stable at this temperature for 3-12 weeks.
Peptides must be mixed with Sodium chloride 0,9% solution, Sterile water, Bacteriostatic water and/or Acetic acid, depending on particular peptide. Before using solvent which has been kept in the fridge, allow it to reach room temperature as this will facilitate dissolution. Lyophilised peptides should be also allowed to warm to room temperature before the reconstitution.
Each aliquot of a peptide is deposited into each vial via a machine. The vial is then stoppered and moved inside the lyophilizer. Once in the lyophilizer, the vial is then given a nitrogen flush to rid any contaminates. This is the phase that will determine the appearance of the contents. Sometimes the water vapour can escape the vial where it goes from a solid to a gas without ever going through a liquid phase. This will make the contents adhere to the sides of the vial leaving very little to see by the naked eye. Other times, depending on several other factors including temperature, the appearance can look like a solid puck, a few smaller pucks, a powder material, or even just a few specks, but the amount of actual material is the same.
No. The only products we sell are those you can see on our website. These products are peptides for research purposes. Please don’t ask for anything else.
Ninety-seven per cent is the minimum purity level. Most of our peptides reach 98-99% purity. The other 1-3% are impurities. The most common impurities include deletion sequences, truncation sequences, incompletely deprotected sequences, sequences modified during cleavage (reattachment of protecting groups at other locations on the peptide), TFA (trifluoroacetic acid) and Acetic acid.
>95-98% purity is used for in vivo studies, clinical trials, drug studies that use peptides as pharmaceuticals and structure-activity relationship studies. Examining the protein structure by nuclear magnetic resonance studies or protein crystallography.
Gross peptide weight is the weight of the peptide and peptide impurities as well as components such as salts, counter ions, residual solvents and water. It does not contain the weight of added fillers. Net peptide, on the other hand, is a calculation of just the peptide which is present.
Net peptide weight indicates the actual weight of only the peptide component of your sample. In research peptides, net peptide content is usually 60-90% of the total peptide weight (also called gross peptide weight) and it is usually determined by elemental analysis, amino acid analysis (AAA) or UV spectrophotometry.
Net peptide content should not be confused with purity. Purity defines the percentage of the target peptide sequence in the peptide component of your sample. In concentration calculations, it is important to consider the peptide content.
