1 Misuse of Products

BioSync Solutions shall not be liable for any injuries, personal injury, death, property damage, economic loss, regulatory penalties, or other damages—whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive—arising from or related to the misuse, mishandling, improper storage, unlawful possession, or unauthorized use of its products.

The buyer assumes all risks associated with the purchase, transportation, receipt, storage, handling, reconstitution, dilution, use, misuse, and disposal of research compounds. These risks include, without limitation, risks of personal injury, property damage, contamination, degradation, regulatory violations, and any other hazards inherent to working with laboratory-grade materials.

2 No Warranties

All products and related materials are provided “AS IS,” “WITH ALL FAULTS,” and without any express or implied warranties of any kind whatsoever, including without limitation any warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or suitability for any specific research application.

Limitation Cap

In all circumstances, BioSync Solutions’ total liability for any claim arising out of or related to any product shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply to liability resulting from BioSync Solutions’ gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Exclusion of Implied Warranties

BioSync Solutions expressly disclaims all implied warranties of any kind whatsoever, including without limitation the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing, course of performance, or usage of trade.

3 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BioSync Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your access to or use of the website or any products purchased. In no event shall BioSync Solutions’ total liability exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this Agreement limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, willful injury, or any other liability that cannot legally be disclaimed under California Civil Code §1668.

Domestic Shipping Only

BioSync Solutions offers multiple shipping options: Domestic (within UK, US), European Union (Schengen), and International (Global). Orders will be processed according to the selected shipping region.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping details, including addresses, are correct before placing an order.

Risks & Insurance

Customers may purchase shipping insurance at checkout. Without optional shipping insurance, the buyer assumes the risk of loss or damage in transit.

BioSync Solutions’ responsibility ends once the carrier confirms delivery. Ownership and responsibility for a shipment transfer to the buyer upon delivery confirmation.

Research Outcomes Disclaimer

BioSync Solutions makes no guarantees regarding research outcomes, applications, or results.
